The room can be either furnished or unfurnished has beautiful panelled walls sash windows wood floors and a period (working) fireplace. There is a smart modern kitchen with all the usual appliances (including dishwasher) and a luxury bathroom with classic roll-top bath and large separate shower cubicle with good water pressure. There is no communal area but all the rooms are fairly large. At present there are three other working male professionals living there: one gay guy and two straight all relaxed friendly and responsible. The room would suit a similar M/F gay/straight independent person. The bills have been calculated as £40 extra per week to include Council Tax, gas water electricity, 24Mb wireless broadband, SkyPlus, cleaner by separate negotiation bringing the total to £275pw or £1192pcm. Short let rent may also work but less attractive to me price negotiable. Sorry no couples/live-in partners!
